Modern finish – white on both sides

The product is finished in white on both sides. The TROCAL profile has a modern straight design and a smooth, glossy surface. The material composition complies with strict modern standards and UV stabilisers contribute to long-term colour stability. Smooth PVC surfaces are easy to clean and maintain. The product is fitted with elegant grey seals.

Opening versions are supplied with a white aluminium handle and plastic covers for the external drainage openings.

Improved sound insulation

The TROCAL PVC construction also helps significantly reduce noise from outside. The product is fitted with Pilkington triple insulating glazing and a TGI spacer between the panes, which further improves insulating performance and reduces the risk of condensation at the glass edge.

Rigid construction and security hardware

Thanks to the rigidity of the TROCAL PVC profile, high-quality materials, full reinforcement and MACO MULTI-MATIC hardware, the product is designed for long and reliable service with minimal adjustment requirements. MACO MULTI-MATIC security hardware with basic protection and i.S. technology (intelligente Sicherheit) increases resistance to common attempts to lever or force open the sash.

Simple and rigid installation

The 70 mm profile depth, rigid chamber walls and full C-shaped steel reinforcements, approximately 1.5 to 2 mm thick depending on product size, are used in the frame and sash. The rigid profiles together with double extruded grey seals ensure stability and help prevent unwanted heat loss.
