User ID

If you are logged in when you access our services or have previously logged in to your service account, we may enhance our measurements of our service traffic with a user id that helps us determine how our clients use our services. The user ID we use in our measurements is a unique identifier that is created by one-way encryption from, for example, the client ID we maintain for your user account in our database. One-way encryption ensures that the identity is hidden, because it is not possible, from the user id thus created, to back-calculate the input data from which it was generated.
